Website contact forms ask for name, email and message. To protect against delivery failures, the site may save the latest draft and final submitted version of a form, along with source, referral, browser, device, time, IP-related and hosting metadata.
Information is used to understand the inquiry, respond where there is a fit, maintain normal business records, diagnose form or delivery issues and protect the site from abuse. James Alton Films does not sell inquiry information.
The site may use privacy-conscious analytics, server logs, hosting records, security tools or similar operational data to understand traffic, diagnose errors and improve performance. Draft form backups are intended as short-term recovery records. They are stored as a single latest state for that browser session rather than a typing history. A final submission overwrites the draft state for that session.
Please do not send confidential scripts, treatments, budgets, private production documents, personal data or sensitive client material through the contact form or ordinary email unless an appropriate agreement or secure transfer method is already in place.
James Alton Films may retain inquiry and business correspondence where useful for legitimate business records, follow-up, legal obligations or future project reference. You may request a correction or deletion of personal inquiry information, subject to normal business and legal record requirements.
